This hands on approach ensures consistency and maximizes the quality and accuray of our work.

ACSA & Associates was founded in 1990 by Oscar E. Corea. His idea was to develop a working model of team architecture. The team concept was to be highly inclusive incorporating extensive client, consulting engineer and contractor participation. His belief was that this tupe of participatory design would create architectural design solutions that met the indifidual needs of each client. This team approach has led to several innovative solutions in both design and construction of buildings.

In May of 1995 ACSA became a California Corporation and changed it?s name to ACSA Incorporated, Architects and Planners. This change reflected Oscar Corea?s growing desire to create an architectural studio with educational projects as its core market segment.

ACSA Incorporated?s Education Studio provided the primary impetus for the early growth of the firm. To this day, educational projects account for approximately 90% of the work volume produced by the firm. The studio is made up of highly qualified individuals who have expressed a particular interest in school/educational design as a professional orientation. Our specialists understand the challenges of School District Officials and Educators face and offer ideal solutions formulated from our inherent talent and past experience. ACSA Incorporated?s Education studio is dedicated to providing professional services that will further the goals of education.
